Meet Duvan Forero

At the heart of SemperFi Capital Group is a commitment to discipline, integrity, and performance—values forged through 20 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps. Our founder brings a wealth of leadership experience from the military, where he served in a variety of roles from combat operations to recruiting and mentorship.

Following his military career, he transitioned into the private sector, gaining extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, residential construction, and large-scale project management with companies such as Perry Homes. His background in operations and construction management has equipped him with the strategic insight and practical knowledge necessary to manage complex real estate projects from the ground up.

He holds an MBA from the University of Houston, further strengthening his foundation in business strategy, finance, and organizational leadership. As an active real estate investor, he has participated in multiple property investments and development opportunities, bringing both vision and hands-on experience to SemperFi Capital Group.
